To join the Club, you need to be able to put aside one weekend each month (usually the first weekend of the month) to meet up on and play darts. To be accepted, all we ask is that you are prepared to turn up and that you pay your membership fee. Membership fee prices for 2007 are GBP 5.00 base membership (everything except the League) and a further GBP 5.00 for entry into the League Championship (you may not do this without first obtaining the base membership).
To apply, you need to be recommended to the Club by one of its existing members. We are not particularly in the habit of turning people down, but we like to know that one of our current members thinks that the applicant in question is suitable to join! There is no base standard of darts playing required aside from being able to hit the board! Although we play other darts teams, the most immediate goal of the Club is to have fun and play a game that we enjoy. Anyone who joins the Club finds that their standard of darts improves through the regular playing anyway.
