RCSA win their first SKADL match

On the evening of Monday 19th November, the RCSA broke their duck in the South Kensington Academic Darts League at only their second attempt.

Having lost their opening fixture 10-1 against a thoroughly superior Holland Club side, the team needed a good comeback to boost their morale, and they got it with a comfortable 7-4 win over IC United, a scoreline that perhaps flattered the opposition a bit.

Everyone played their part and played it well, and the team dominated from the very first throw. The team won the opening sixes game before going on to win two out of three of the following doubles games. The singles started off a bit nervily, with IC United winning two of the first three to reduce the gap to 4-3 before the RCSA hit back, winning two of the second three and then going on to win the Threes at the end. The RCSA's next match is against Union Arrows next week.
