RCSA Gain Second Consecutive Victory Of New SKADL Season

The RCSA team won its second consecutive match of the new SKADL season last night with another convincing display, this time against Weeks Hall.

The RCSA took the early advantage with a win in the Sixes, and continued to press home their dominance with a whitewash in the Pairs followed by wins in the first four Singles games. By then the team was 8-0 ahead, securing a bonus point in the process, before Weeks Hall won the last three games, two of which they were lucky to win as the RCSA team stranded themselves on double 1.

The win takes the RCSA team up to second in the table, two points behind the only remaining undefeated team - ICU Arrows, who won a very tight match against Southside Bar which went down to the Three before it was won 6-5.

RCSA's next match is on Monday 9th December, home to last season's best ICU team but this season's current under-achievers IC United. After two fairly easy wins for the RCSA, this next game could be make or break for both teams this season as IC United will be looking to put their mediocre form from the start of the season behind them while the RCSA cannot afford to slip up as they try to close the gap on ICU Arrows.
