In the last SKADL game of the season for the RCSA, the team lost to IC United last night.
The result means that if ICU Select only need to win their postponed match against Beit Hall to take 3rd place from the RCSA.
The RCSA were never in full flow, winning the Sixes but then losing all three of the Pairs. The first Singles game also went the way of IC United before some welcome relief for the RCSA as they won three of the next four games to pull the score back to 4-5.
However, the last Singles game went to IC United and it was left, amazingly, to the Captain's Three to make the scoreline a "respectable" 6-5 loss.
